Dr. Delgado works in the R&D department of the Arthroscopic Surgery Unit of Dr. Mikel Sánchez, located in Vitoria-Gastez, Spain, and a reference in the development and application of Platelet Rich Plasma.

He began his research career at the University of the Basque Country, where he obtained the title of Doctor after completing his Doctoral Thesis focused on advanced biological therapies. During the last years, he worked in various research centers such as the Department of Pharmacokinetics, Nanotechnology and Gene Therapy (UPV / EHU), Santiago Hospital (Vitoria-Gasteiz) and the Institute of Human Genetics (Regensburg, Germany). Ho also collaborated with institutions such as the Network Biomedical Research Center in Bioengineering, Biomaterials and Nanomedicine or with the Bioengineering Institute of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche. Since 2012, he works in the R&D department of the Arthroscopic Surgery Unit of Dr. Mikel Sánchez, carrying out biomedical research projects related to Platelet Rich Plasma and cell therapy, and its application in the musculoskeletal system.
